Welcome to Our Serenity!

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

As I.I. Members, Rip and I wanted to share with you where we will be making all NEW and FRESH videos, doing life together with YOU, and just being able to get back into our normal routines of inspiring you as wives, mothers, homemakers, and as “couples” who long to have a marvelous and not just mediocre marriage…and y’all, there is so much more we will be sharing with you now that we are in MS!

Welcome to our Serenity! The address of our new Home Sweet Home is 111 Serenity Way, Madison, MS 39110. These photos were taken before we actually begin moving in on March 18th, but we are so thankful for this new journey God is allowing us to take together and with such special friends like YOU! We want you in on every detail, and can’t wait to get goin’ in God’s mission and  ministry … right from this place we will call, “Home.”

As you come into the front door, this is what you see…with a dining space to the right that I will share in another photo. But we loved how open the space is. The kitchen has a place for dining, but is created to also be a Keeping Room, … additional space for sofas, chairs, TV, built-in, etc.

The ceiling in the kitchen is no longer raw like what you see in the photo. It is now whitewashed and the beam has been dark stained.

I’m standing in front of our fireplace taking this shot…loved that the builder incorporated a brick featured arch wall!

111 Serenity Way 17

The dining space is in front of the picture window, but for us, it’s actually going to be more a sitting area for reading, coffee time, etc.

Here I am standing in the corner of the keeping room, and this view also sold the house for us! Can just see all the people gathering to eat, share some laughs and just enjoy the company of family and friends!

111 Serenity Way 18

The door to the right leads to the Master Suite and the door to the left leads to 2 bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bath. The mantle has also now been stained dark…no longer the blonde raw wood.

Absolutely thrilled with the laundry space!

111 Serenity Way 8

Master bath has two vanities across from each other….I can only imagine the fun Rip is going to have with that!

111 Serenity Way 28

Harwood is all throughout the house (No carpet anywhere…thank ya’ Jesus!), and tile in the bathrooms.

111 Serenity Way 30

Rip is so excited to have a shower that he didn’t have to build!! LOVE IT!

Hey y’all…while I was making this post, my AMAZING & SERVANT-HEARTED friend, Randi, is here to help me BOX UP MY HOUSE!!!! SHE IS HERE!! I can’t believe it!!!

So, I can’t help but need to go, give her a big o’ hug and get busy!!!

I’ll post more later…love you all!

(((HUGGSSS)))

P.S. It’s a 3 car garage, but the smaller door will actually open up to “Rip’s Shop.” He can’t WAIT to make that into a real working Man’s Cave-Shop!! 😉

Your house is beautiful! Can’t wait to see how your going to inspire us as you decorate it.So glad that I found you and Rip.You are both a blessing in my life! I have a lot of health issues and I am on disability. I suffer with a lot of pain from arthritis and fybromyalgia, Because of this i have to fight depression. I have a good husband and he has a good job I had to retire from the same company that he works for due to my disability. Jesus has been right beside me all the way, I love the lord with all of my heart.I have the same interests as you Lisa. I have remolded two homes and sold them. We are in our third and last home.We downsized because of stairs and the home was way to much for me to keep up on.This home still has a lot of work to due before it is finished, but with the help of the Lord and my two sons it will get there. You two are an amassing couple! I know that Jesus has brought me to you to lift my spirits! Keep on doing what you do,
and may God bless you both!

So beautiful! I am so happy for you and your family! Thank you so much for sharing your heart and for allowing God to use you to touch other ladies. I just found you and I truly needed this in my life at this time. I am a 38 year old wife, and mom to 3. I had been asking God for a lady who would inspire me in my relationship with Christ, my family, and in the Word. Thank you so much.

Hey Lisa, I’m so excited to be here! You’ve been a heaven sent blessing to me? I’ve been subscribing to your YouTube channel for about a year now and love your heart Servant heart. Two and a half years ago God blessed us with our 3 child, a beautiful baby boy! What was going to be a year off ended up turning into the decision my husband and I made, for me to be a stay home mom. Well I loved the opportunity to souly focus on serving my family and raise up these lil blessings of ours, I found myself a little lost, depressed and uninspired. So to my delight I found your channel! Through ii ive found my stride and passion, I love your teachings and can hardly wait to get further into depth as a member.
God bless you and your ministry,
    Lena Ramirez

Lena, thank you for these timely words of encouragement! Means the world! And I want you to know that you are speaking the language of a LARGE percentage of moms who make that same decision…to be a stay home mom. Those feelings you’ve had are so understandable and it’s my prayer that you will be so inspired here, that the Lord and His loving Spirit will fill you with such a FRESH and energizing NEW JOY for all things He has called you to at and in your home-making! You go girl…keep pushing back those ministry sleeves yourself and count those blessings – and yep, that includes those socks you have to mate up and all the messes that need to be cleaned! It’s a blessing friend…tiring, but a blessing! So happy for the decision you and your husband made and as you trust the Lord in meeting your needs, I pray that He will overwhelm you in just how attentive and faithful He is in your beautiful life! Love you new friend!
