Have you ever wished you could invite your neighbors and friends to an all ladies luncheon every month … that is in the country … at an old blue farmhouse that was built in the early 1900’s … enjoy a home cooked meal with a home baked desert … while also being inspired to live as the woman of God you long to be?
Then you are invited to come to The Cornerstone Cafe’! This is YOUR time to come enjoy some “getaway time” and be shown some syrupy sweet southern hospitality!! While you also gather up plenty of inspiration for where you are right now as a woman, a wife, a mother, a grandmother.
The Cornerstone Cafe’ is built on this verse:
“Jesus is, ‘the stone you builders rejected, which has become the cornerstone.’ Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:11-12
This monthly luncheon will encourage us to build our lives on Christ Jesus himself as our Chief Cornerstone. (Ephesians 2:20)
Rip and I want to open up the doors to our little blue farmhouse every month for ladies of all ages (20’s-90’s) to come and be inspired in their walk of faith. AND if you have a friend or neighbor that you would love for them to hear about the love of Christ, to even have me share with them how they, too, can know Him personally as their Lord and Savior, then this is a time set aside just for you. We wanted to have a scheduled day of the month when any of our friends and neighbors could bring their friends, family, co-workers and neighbors into our home for a meal, for encouragement AND to even hear more about the gospel message of Jesus Christ … His free gift of grace! Rip and I want to be so intentional with the time we’ve been given by the Lord to make much of Him that we’re so excited to now open our home to our community as The Cornerstone Cafe’ every 1st Thursday of the month. Yes, our little blue farmhouse is being renovated, but not in the areas where we will be honored to host guests and enjoy everyone’s company in our home!

Date of our First Luncheon: SEPTEMBER 13 – (This first luncheon will be on the 2nd Thursday of the month to give us 2 weeks to invite our neighbors and friends. Then, we will have the luncheon on October 4, November 1, December 6, for the remainder of this year, and pick up in 2019 with the same schedule…1st Thursday of the month.)
