Super Easy Sausage Balls

If there is one thing that I really, and I mean reeaaalllyy want to be sure to post in this one space – Improving Health – are recipes that will do just that! I know we all love those ooie-gooie-with-all-things-oozing treats, but we also love mental health! haha! We love being able to sleep well, think clearly, manage our emotions, not loose it with our families, and keep a tight rein on our tongues, and wear our clothes!  And that all may sound a wee bit extreme, but truth is – we are what we eat. And what we eat directly affects everything I just listed.

Check this out – What We Eat and Mental Health

And this – Your Brain on Food

So, some of the recipes will be from other bloggers that I have found all sorts of delicious healthy recipes from…and there may even a few fashion tips with some of these bloggers, too. So have fun! Grab the recipe and give it a try.

Today’s recipe is for Gluten Free 3 Ingredient Sausage Balls

The full recipe is one I found on

These are all the ingredients you will need to make these super healthy and scrumptious sausage balls –

1 pound uncooked sausage

1 cup almond flour

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Coat a broiler pan, or a cookie cooling rack on top of a rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray.  Place all 3 ingredients in a bowl and mix together with hands.  Shape mixture into one inch balls and place on pan.  Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 24 sausage balls.

Enjoy friends…and ANY “Improving Health” recipe you want me to share with friends on this new website, just put it in comments or email me and I would love to share it.

Deeply Love, y’all,
