If there is one thing that I really, and I mean reeaaalllyy want to be sure to post in this one space – Improving Health – are recipes that will do just that! I know we all love those ooie-gooie-with-all-things-oozing treats, but we also love mental health! haha! We love being able to sleep well, think clearly, manage our emotions, not loose it with our families, and keep a tight rein on our tongues, and wear our clothes! And that all may sound a wee bit extreme, but truth is – we are what we eat. And what we eat directly affects everything I just listed.

Today’s recipe is for Gluten Free 3 Ingredient Sausage Balls

These are all the ingredients you will need to make these super healthy and scrumptious sausage balls –
1 pound uncooked sausage
1 cup almond flour
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat a broiler pan, or a cookie cooling rack on top of a rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray. Place all 3 ingredients in a bowl and mix together with hands. Shape mixture into one inch balls and place on pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 24 sausage balls.
