Take boneless chicken thighs and wash them. Then place them into a greased baking pan.
Next, combine 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup with 1/2 cup of butter. Melt in a microwave and pour over entire chicken.
Then, take 2 cups water and pour into the bottom of the pan evenly. Then, take 1 1/2 cups of Wild 3 Grain Rice and pour into the water.
Bake at 350 until chicken is cooked through, but don’t over cook. Sprinkle with Salt & Pepper and Greek seasoning.
The chicken will come out of the oven cooked, and the rice is so tender and everything is full of the flavors.
Serve up this one dish wonder with green beans, mac&cheese and a yeast roll. This is a family favorite! Enjoy!
