When you are needing a good hot bowl of something, and needing it quickly, here is a fantastic Chicken Chili recipe that I made the other night and Rip had a fit! Thought it was all homemade…but a good wife always keeps some of her cooking secrets to herself! haha!
This is all I did –
Take 8-9 chicken tenders and a little bit of olive oil and cook the chicken in the bottom of your stock pot. Use Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season while the meat is cooking.
Then all you is – cut open 3 bags of Progresso Chicken Chili and pour it in the pot.
Add 2-3 shakes of Tony Zachary’s seasoning and heat it all up. Before to stir because you don’t want the beans to stick to the bottom.
We love the Christmas colored chips with our chili, but one night we also toasted some French Bread. (Rip ended up asking for the chips instead! lol)
Try this one night! It’s so super easy and delicious!
