Learning to Heal – Part 2 (Narcissism and Codependency)

In my last blog, I shared that I’ve been on a journey with the Lord in learning to heal, and what that means for my life with Him and with others. But what’s been so amazing is this … I had no idea that all this time off social media, this time being so much more intentional in bible study and prayer, and all this time being ok with this one focus, that it was going to put me on such a new course. There has been SO much that has happened in the past week, that I am certain that at some point I will be sharing it with you. But it was a moment with God this past weekend when He showed me something in Scripture that was where, now looking back, I can see He had been preparing me for in these past several days. And when I read it, and the Spirit helped me to see what God was wanting me to see, I literally knew that not only was my own healing happening, but I knew God was revealing some personal and powerful truth to me to believe, receive, apply and to one day share.

But for now, here are the next videos I’d like to share with you from Lysa and Jim and Joel. As you watch these, you may want a pad and pen. As I watched them, there were times when I would need to hit pause and jot down my thoughts or write a prayer. I also wanted to write down what I needed to put into practice. There is just something about writing that takes our thoughts to a place of more accountability.

I’m Lisa Rippy, a happily married woman to my wonderful Rip. We have 5 children and we live right outside of Madison, MS. For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had a love for all things “homey” from decorating, simplifying, remodeling, organizing and simply turning a house into a "Home Sweet Home." My passion is helping families live the life they long for in the interior of their hearts and homes. It all requires thought, planning and work that Rip and I both love to do! But if there is anything at all I can do to help you and your home life, please reach out to me. Nothing would thrill me more than to inspire YOUR heart and home!
