B.A.G. Woman – Obedience (Part 3)

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Hi girls…so sorry this was not posted on Friday, but we had quite a day!

You will need some plain notebook paper for the end activity…praying for you, and can’t thank you enough for going through this study together.  Here is the PDF for “Positive Confessions” that I mention in this video.

Also, if you are just now joining us, here is the full PDF of “Being  a Godly Woman Bible study.

This really hit home with me. My mind has been so cluttered for several years and I’m so thankful that you spoke on this. This study has helped me with a lot of the negative thoughts I have been playing over and over in my mind…. for years. You are such a blessing Mrs. Lisa!

Whew, this is so, so good, I had to push pause and stop 10 minutes in. I was just compelled by the phrase “be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
I did a google search and found an article by John Piper that I wanted to share that echoes what you are saying. I hope it will bless you and affirm you and all your subscribers.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Lisa! I feel rich!
I hope to continue this video tomorrow.
    Love to you!

Hi Rebekah! I’ve been away from my back office so I missed your sweet comment, but I will be sure to check out the article from John Piper. I bet it is wonderful!! I’m waiting to post the next B.A.G. Woman video after Thanksgiving…we all are just having such fun preparing for this holiday that I needed to do the same – step back and pour myself all in the preparations, since the family is coming to our home! Happy Thanksgiving!!

Oh Lisa! I just now watched the 2nd half of this video. Whoa….. 2weeks ago I should’ve watched part 2 before I said a quick YES, under pressure, no prayer, just a yes to a position in my community that’s turning out to be a wrong yes. It’s sucking up my mind, my time, and my peace. It’s a good thing but not a God thing. Not for me in this season. Before Ministry, I worked in Politics. I was a Poli/Sci major and worked on some big campaigns. Well, a few people found out about my background and approached me with a need. I just said……YES.
My mind is now cluttered. Politics, on both sides, is neither pure, lovely or anything like the such.
If I’m being honest there is an element of selfish ambition and vain conceit.
Satan has always attacked me with “busyness”. Busyness without precious time apart will always lead to my undoing. This I know.
You said “clutter”, I thought my goodness. That’s it, clutter! I’m praying I will be able to ask forgiveness and walk away before I’m consumed.
THIS is more important to me than even the 2016 elections, important as they are. This is the time for me in my home. Not time to be pulled away.
I love you sister and thank you for this word. It is so timely. I needed to hear this today!

Tracie, it’s so easy for all of us to say YES to things that (when our mind is cluttered) we really do reason them out to be right, or good or just “ok”. God is speaking to all of us in so many personal ways through this bible study and I’m just THRILLED to see how He is at work!! Can’t praise Him enough!!! I love you girl…and can’t wait to meet you one day SOON!

I love your quoting of Ps 25:4-5. It has stood out to me, especially the last part where it says, “My hope is in You all day long.”
    This resonates with my soul.
I wanted to share this song entitled “My Hope is in You Lord (all the day long).”
I think it complements what you have been sharing:

I love that!! I’m sharing….thank you Rebekah! Your comments keep on blessing me girl! Pray for me….a lot is going on, and for the enemy is throwing up many an obstacle keeping me from making our next video lesson. Pray that I will be able to sit down and teach this Thursday. Thanks friend!
