I have hypothyroidism and lupus. The pain is just so bad some days it’s hard to even get up. I have ordered the plant paradox book. I feel like I really need to make some food changes. I am praying those changes can work a number on me. Thanks Lisa! For always inspiring us, lifting us up, and most of all just encouraging us.
